Our Approach The Joy Group is committed to fully understanding the needs of our clients before taking on a new project. We sit down one-on-one with you to understand your specific requirements first, and then decide the appropriate course of action to meet those needs - at both an individual and organizational level. We generally follow a three-pronged approach when creating a training program: Understanding your needs and your business The Joy Group begins by conducting special consultation sessions with managers, employees, and even outside customers to best determine your training and development needs. In these sessions, we ask thoughtful, in-depth questions about your business, organizational goals and expectations for training. We believe that this step is critical in determining the best training strategy. Developing the appropriate curricula Based on the needs identified within the consultation sessions, we provide you with a recommendation on the appropriate curricula to meet your objectives. This may include group classroom training, one-on-one coaching of key individuals, or providing instruction to internal employees on how to deliver training initiatives themselves. Our goal is to create a unique training plan for your organization that will yield the most effective results. Implementing the strategy and measuring results Once the platform is approved, The Joy Group implements the agreed upon training program. After we've implemented the session(s), we continue our partnership with you by garnering participants' feedback to ensure that the training session was deemed both successful and beneficial. In many instances, we'll continue to provide on-going feedback based on individual skill, attitude, and developmental needs.
